No nature can be disrupted in order to build or make an artificial creation
At IPALE nature is one of our first concerns. There will be no torturing trees, animals or any beautiful species to make a unattractive building instead. For this, GIS' are helpful and will prevent such atrocities.
Thanks to the several layers, builders can see and detect where they can and cannot build. Where they see elevation, is probably where there is the most wildlife since it is up in the mountains. Then, they can see where they have the most customers, so they might be better off building where there is civilization, not in the middle of a forest or a beach where animals appreciate it more.

All house will be smart ones!
In our paradise, houses are no longer old fashioned. They are smart and clever. These systems will come with an Ipad, and will have everything installed. Lights, internet, locks, heater etc. will all be controlled from an Ipad.
The Ipad or smart phone is then connected to all the services in the house. Those services need to have a corresponding device connecting wirelessly (using microwaves) to the controlling device.
