ADMINISTRATION

All citizens require to have E-passports. These will be used to authenticate the identity of the citizen when travelling or for any other reason. The biometrics used for this type of identification system are facial recognition, finger print recognition and iris recognition.

When E-Passports are put to use, a person needs to either, take a picture, or user a fingerprint recognizer for the computer to match these results and pull up their personal passport.  

 

Government has to have a database with all citizen information (this is to keep tract of births and deaths) 

Advantages: Prevent illegal voting

                    Prevent Waste of paper, no more ID's just the                       electronic passports

                   Prevent underage drinking, and illegal drug                          buying

 

Every public place asking for ID, or passports have to have fingerprint readers as inputs. The output will be the person's personal information. Including a picture, their name, birth date, passport number, and fingerprint.

Open Government- E-Government

The public should have access to government held information and be informed of government decisions and precedeeings. However, it shall not be expanded to the extent for an increased citizen participation and collaboration in government decisions.

Advantages:

Prevent government corruption, and transparency

Prevent unloyalty of government

Makes a big community
